Phase I : (COMPLETED, 1999-2004)

• Produce marketable films and videos utilizing available TRFT department resources while developing industry relationships.
  
  

Phase II : THE FOUNDATION

• The provost created a foundation incubator to enhance the educational and economic capabilities at San Jose State University.
  
  

Phase III : THE STUDIO AND FILMMAKING INSTITUTE

• Raise money to expand the success of phase II to build a state of the art studio and institute in San Jose.
